Why doesn’t the keyboard lighting control work on my Windows 11, and why is the software unresponsive?
Ensure the lighting control mode is set to “8BitDo RGB” in Ultimate Software V2. Additionally, disable the Dynamic Lighting feature in Windows 11 settings. Steps: Open “Windows Settings” → “Personalizatio” → “Dynamic Lighting”, and turn off “Use Dynamic Lighting on my devices” and “Let compatible apps in the foreground control lighting”.
Can I use it on the Xbox consoles?
No.
How many devices can Bluetooth connect to at the same time?
You can only connect one device at a time. To connect another device, you need to pair it again.
Can I use this firmware on other keyboards?
No, it’s not compatible with other keyboards.
Does the Xbox button support button remapping?
No, it does not.
Do the keyboard support switch replacements?
Yes, you can replace them with third-party three-pin or five-pin switches.
Does it support other keycaps?
It supports third-party OEM keycaps.
What are the four 3.5mm ports on the top for?
They are the interfaces for connecting to 8BitDo keyboard extensions. They don’t support other devices such as headphones or microphones.
